1. Where do you ship from//to?
Orders are shipped Malaysia-wide from my little nook based in Selangor, Malaysia and worldwide shipping is only limited to 10 countries for now :-)

2. How long does shipping take?
On average:
2-3 working days (West Malaysia/WM)
5-7 working days (East Malaysia/EM).
Up to over 14 working days (International)
Kindly note that this is a general estimation.
If you have not received your orders for more than 7 working days (local), please email me at aamirahayob@gmail.com with your name and order number.
3. How much is shipping?
Pre-note: Your order will be carefully handled by Pos Malaysia (PosLaju for local addresses) <3
Local shipping starts from RM9 (WM) and RM16 (EM), with tracking via PosLaju.
International shipping starts from RM48 (untracked parcel) + RM10 handling fee, with an optional add-on Tracking Label for RM13.50. PS: I so truly wish it doesn't have to be like this :( although this is the most accessible and reliable (per my experience) pricing tier and I will continue to research and update on the best pricing and method moving forward.
4. Can I cancel, return or exchange my order?
Kindly double-check your orders when making a purchase.
Return and exchange: I do accept return and exchange but this will be on a case-by-case basis. Kindly send an email to aamirahayob@gmail.com if you'd like to request a return or exchange with your name, order number and photo(s) of the product you received.
Also, kindly note that I am not responsible for any damage to the package while in shipment.
Cancel and refund: Cancel and refund are possible when the same order is placed twice or more.
Lost or stolen package: Once your order is dropped off or picked up by the courier, it's basically out of my control, mian :( I cannot offer a replacement or refund for lost or stolen packages since such circumstances are out of my control.
5. Eh? Something is wrong with my order.
Did you receive a different product or is something missing from your order? I might forget something or send you a different order, sorry! Please get in touch with me if something is wrong with your order so I can replace it.
6. What happens when I combine a preorder item and in-stock item in a single purchase?
If you have included a preorder item in your purchase, the entire order will be sent together in one parcel. Your order will be shipped out after the preorder item has been released.
